    cant say i have

can only imagine vertical waves now ( but havent given it a real deep thought )

why mounted at the stern of a so called waveless boat design missing a front prop?

should this not be posted at modern paddlewheels or under the propulsion threads?

    must say its inventive :D

This device works by the viscosity of laminar flow which is increased by the weight of water falling into the v between the 2 wheels. Actually a Tesla turbine might be a better way to use laminar flow as a propulsion medium. Does it have a pass through tube from the front?

But if the disks are solid at those angles, maybe the boat would pivot around the bow!

There are not 2 wheels, that's 2 flexible lamina. It is suitable for twin-hull boats that Sinusoid Propeller can put into front or middle of the boat.
